i work EXTREMELY hard to EXCEED what you see in the photo each and every time.
all "peaces" are shined using a high-quality jewelry cleaner prior to shipping, and all brass items are shipped with cleaning cloths! brass does tarnish at times, depending on what oils, etc, it comes into contact with. the good news is, you can clean it with either a jewelry cleaning solution and/or a cleaning cloth. You can buy either online, or at most jewelry stores. keep in mind though to only get the cleaning solution on the front of the piece, not on the stud itself.

i ship all packages tightly wrapped in bubble wrap and/or recycled boxes, in padded envelopes via First Class Mail.

First Class international shipments cannot be tracked by USPS once they leave the United States. international shipping tends to vary in terms of how long it takes to deliver packages in many countries--please be patient with your country's postal service, as I cannot guarantee delivery dates, only the date that I ship. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
i doubt you'll want to send anything back, but in case you do i accept exchanges up to 10 days after you receive your item UNLESS there is visible damage on the part of the purchaser. so please take care when you receive your items just in case you decide not to keep them! refunds are offered up to 10 days after you receive the item, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
in certain situations returns may be accepted after 10 days, with a 20% restocking fee.
