**First Class international shipments cannot be tracked by USPS once they leave the United States. international shipping tends to vary in terms of how long it takes to deliver packages in many countries--please be patient with your country's postal service, as I cannot guarantee delivery dates, only the date that I ship. **I work EXTREMELY hard to EXCEED what you see in the photo each and every time.
**All "peaces" are shined using a high-quality jewelry cleaner prior to shipping! Brass does tarnish at times, depending on what oils, etc, it comes into contact with. The good news is, you can clean it with a cleaning cloth and/or a jewelry cleaning solution. A free cloth is included with each brass item, but you can buy both items online, or at most jewelry stores. Keep in mind to only get the cleaning solution on the front of the piece, not on the stud itself.
**I understand how difficult shopping online can be. seeing something on the computer, and holding it in your hands can be two completely different experiences, which is why i try to be flexible in this area. If you are not happy with your piece, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order for an exchange, or refund. The exchange will be full value, while the refund will be less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Under certain circumstances refunds and exchanges may be accepted after 10 days, please e-mail email@example.com with your specific request if necessary.
**Please be sure to provide accurate sizing upon purchase. If you received one of your "peaces" and the fit isn't quite right? Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on sending it back for a resizing. I will gladly adjust it to your specifications with no charge for my work--but if your adjustments necessitate additional materials, there may be a charge to recreate or add to the piece.
**Refunds/exchanges may not be honored if the items are not returned in "like new" condition, in the same packaging in which they were shipped. Please get tracking on return packages--I cannot be responsible if your item is lost in the mail and tracking allows us both to be sure of its status.
